Heating Issues
Please see the below video for heating problems:

Bumble - The boiler is in the main bedroom cupboard
Queen - The boiler in the cupboard in the downstairs hallway
​
As you look into the cupboard look on the left wall for this dial. As per the picture below:

If on the top left side there is a red flashing light, then the heating has tripped.
​
Please press the + / - button at the same time for 5 seconds and this will reboot the system. The red light will go off and be just green as per the image.
​
If your priority is heating DO NOT PRESS THE BOOST BUTTON on the other panel as this will prioritise heating the water tank.
